Retention Manager (iGaming)
Retention Manager for an iGaming company in Limassol, Cyprus. Responsibilities include player retention, LTV growth, and user base communication. Requires experience in retention/CRM/lifecycle marketing. Salary is negotiable.
We are looking for a Retention Manager who will be responsible for player retention, LTV growth, and long-term communication with the user base. This is a key position directly impacting revenue through segmentation, analytics, and lifecycle marketing. Responsibilities: • Development and implementation of retention strategy (retention, reactivation, LTV growth) • Building and managing dynamic user segments • Funnel analysis (registration → deposit → repeat deposits → churn) • Conversion optimization at all stages of the player lifecycle • Launching and managing CRM campaigns (push / SMS / email / in-app) • Development of personalized offers and bonus mechanics • Working with VIP and high-value segments • Conducting A/B tests and hypothesis validation • Identifying growth opportunities based on user behavior • Collaboration with product, marketing, and support teams
• Experience in retention / CRM / lifecycle marketing • Experience in iGaming / betting - will be a big plus • Understanding of key metrics: LTV, Retention Rate, ARPU, Churn, ROI • Experience with segmentation (including dynamic segments) • Ability to analyze funnels and identify bottlenecks • Practical experience with CRM systems (Customer.io, Salesforce, or similar) • Analytical thinking and data-driven approach • English language - at a working level Will be a plus: • Experience with bonus systems (FS, cashback, reload, VIP programs) • Experience in multi-GEO projects (MENA / Asia) • Knowledge of SQL / BI tools • Experience with real-time triggers
