Research Project Curator

Remote curator for an educational project by Nata Eryomina, conducting online interviews with participants, flexible schedule, fixed plus variable pay.

Responsibilities: contact applicants and conduct online interviews with participants using a ready-made script: listen, ask clarifying questions, maintain structure, and ensure quality recording; 2 to 5 interviews per day, with possible higher load during peak periods; future role expansion: checking homework and supporting participants of educational programs.

Fluent Russian, good speech; easy contact with people; neat appearance on camera; good internet, sound, lighting, and calm background; reliable and punctual person who can listen and does not give advice to respondents.

Remote work, flexible schedule; payment: fixed plus variable part depending on workload; possible role expansion in the future.
