Reporting Specialist for Government Contracts in PR

Remote full-time role for an experienced specialist in government contract reporting within internet advertising, salary from 110,000 RUB/month, company VIRUS.

Responsibilities: - Study technical specifications and reporting requirements, determine report structure and necessary evidence in advance. - Maintain reporting throughout the project: add completed and client-approved work, verify against technical specifications and KPIs. - Check links, screenshots, statistics, registries, and other supporting materials. - If results do not meet requirements, return tasks to responsible specialists and monitor corrections. - Weekly check report readiness and gaps before submission. - Manage related document flow for bloggers, contractors, and advertising platforms. - Interact with client document flow, prepare final document sets, and after acceptance, print, compile, and bind reports for physical delivery.

Requirements: - Practical experience in reporting for government projects in internet advertising and online communications (2+ years) at an agency or autonomous nonprofit organization. - Understanding how to read technical specifications and what constitutes actual completion of work. - Experience with extensive evidence-based reporting and large volumes of materials. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets/ChatGPT. - Attention to detail, systematic approach, and ability to independently drive processes to completion.
