Neuroom is an AI assistant for teachers. We are looking for a Reels Maker / Content Editor to create video content using AI tools, edit videos, and manage social media. Salary: 100,000 - 200,000 ₽. Part-time, remote.

Neuroom is an AI assistant for teachers that helps create educational materials and lesson plans. Plans include an AI tutor for students. We are looking for a person to handle video content end-to-end: from script and generation in neural networks to vertical editing and posting. Responsibilities: - Product and educational content: turn synopsis into director's script and generate video using AI tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, Synthesia, D-ID, etc.) - Create avatars, synthetic voices, lip sync, and face animation (ElevenLabs, Murf, Descript) - Editing: sound, effects, subtitles, graphics - Social media: short vertical videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts: cutting, adaptation, packaging - Trend ideas: own awareness plus neural networks - Set up autoposting and AI automation (auto-generation of captions, speeding up routine) - Monitor statistics and adjust content strategy based on data

Important: - Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube accounts - Practical editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci or similar - Understanding of frame: types of shots, editing cuts, rhythm. Ability to explain why a shot works - Experience generating video in neural networks — with examples - Basic sound design: voice, music, effects, mixing - Basic graphics: Photoshop, Canva or Figma - Understanding what works in vertical format and why - Portfolio indicating what exactly you did in each project - Independence and deadlines Nice to have: - Experience in educational or children's content

Conditions: - Volume: 3 videos per week according to brief, 30–40 seconds long, Reels format.
