Editor for a network of city Telegram channels about Belarus. Responsibilities: manage a 4-hour shift, select news leads, write posts, fact-check, and prepare visuals. Remote work, 4 hours per day.

We are a network of city news channels on Telegram about Belarus. We cover what's happening in the cities: news, events, incidents, and interesting local happenings. What you will do: — Manage a 4-hour shift: actively monitor all sources, don't miss anything — Select news leads: understand what will resonate with the audience and what's trivial — Write posts: lively, to the point, without fluff (AI assistants are welcome) — Fact-check: verify information before publication, not after — Prepare visuals: select and process media using basic graphic editors (blur personal data, overlay logos)

We expect you to have: — Fast information processing skills – speed is crucial in news — Ability to write texts that people want to finish reading — Good taste and aesthetic sense: understanding how to structure a post and select appropriate media — Fact-checking skills – not copy-pasting, but verification — Basic skills in working with graphic editors — Experience managing Telegram channels or news media
