We are a management company overseeing large chemical productions (including Bashplast and Hemkor-NN plants). We are expanding capacities and restructuring HR processes, so we are looking for an independent researcher for remote work. Responsibilities: - Sourcing and cold search of candidates (from blue-collar workers to narrow engineering specialists). - Initial telephone screening and competency assessment. - Organizing online/offline interviews with managers at plants. - Maintaining the recruitment funnel.

- Experience in recruitment from 2 years (case of closing production vacancies is a big plus!). - Ability to work with cold search. - Self-organization and readiness to consistently deliver results outside the office.
