Recruiter position in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-cycle recruitment, active sourcing, interviews, and candidate management. Office work. Competitive salary and bonuses.

Full-cycle recruitment: from receiving a request to candidate onboarding. Active search for candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, professional communities, and other channels. Conducting initial interviews and candidate assessment. Building a quality pipeline for open positions. Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and collecting feedback. Supporting candidates at all stages of the process. Preparing and sending offers. Maintaining candidate database and vacancy reporting. Developing your own candidate base and finding new attraction channels.

At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter. Practical experience in proactive candidate search. Confident use of LinkedIn and other sourcing tools. Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate relevance. Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Independence, organization, and result orientation. English level B1 or higher. Experience in recruiting for iGaming/Affiliate Marketing is a plus.
