Fintech company Kredit24 in Kazakhstan seeks a Recruiter for mass hiring. Remote, full-time, first month $1500, then $700+KPI.

We are a financial organization Kredit24, working in Kazakhstan. We are looking for a recruiter who can handle a large flow of candidates and bring hiring to the employee's start. Responsibilities: - Search for candidates and process responses. - Conduct initial video interviews. - Support candidates from first contact to onboarding. - Maintain candidate database and hiring reports. - Meet hiring targets.

Experience in mass recruitment. Knowledge of search channels and willingness to test new ones. Independence, organization, and result orientation.

Work format: fully remote. Salary: first month $1500, from second month $700+KPI. Schedule: from 9:00 to 18:00.
