Recruiter for a Defence Tech company in Kyiv. Full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing. Salary 45,000–63,000 UAH with bonuses. Office-based.

Full-cycle recruiting: from briefing with the hiring manager to the offer. Closing office vacancies of various levels of complexity. Creating search strategies and actively sourcing candidates. Conducting interviews and assessing competencies. Maintaining communication with candidates and managers. Maintaining a CRM database and contributing to process improvement.

Practical experience in recruiting. Confident work with LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni and other sourcing channels. Ability to see candidate potential, actively listen, and build trusting communication. Likes a dynamic pace, shows initiative, and wants professional growth.
