Recruiter

Recruiter for warehouse staff at technopark | team. Office in Moscow. Responsibilities include mass hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and reporting. Requirements: 1+ year mass recruitment experience, Russian language, higher education.

— Recruit employees for blue-collar positions: high-rise stacker drivers, order pickers, packers, warehouse workers. — Communicate with warehouse complex managers: understand their tasks, respond promptly to needs and build working relationships. — Independently source candidates, handle responses, conduct interviews and support candidates at all stages of hiring. — Organize the start of final candidates and keep the process under control until the first working day. — Support new employees during adaptation and probation period. — Maintain recruitment reporting and track hiring efficiency.

— Experience in mass recruitment from 1 year. — Experience working with candidates for blue-collar positions. — Ability to build contact not only with candidates but also with managers — hear the request, ask questions and offer solutions. — Willingness to work with a large number of communications and at a high pace. — Good oral and written communication skills, ability to find common language with different people. — Independence, initiative and result orientation. — Higher education and desire to grow in HR.
