Recruiter for mass hiring at Kredit24, a financial organization in Kazakhstan. Full-time remote. Salary: $1500 first month, then $700 + KPI.

We are a financial organization Kredit24 operating in Kazakhstan. We are looking for a recruiter who can handle a large flow of candidates and bring hiring to completion. Responsibilities: - Search for candidates and process responses. - Conduct initial video interviews. - Support candidates from first contact to onboarding. - Maintain candidate database and hiring reports. - Meet hiring plan targets.

Experience in mass recruitment. Knowledge of recruitment channels and willingness to try new ones. Independence, organization, and result orientation.

Work format: fully remote. Pay: first month $1500, from second $700 + KPI. Schedule: 9:00-18:00.
