Recruiter for warehouse positions at Tekhnopark Sklad in Moscow. Involves mass hiring of drivers, pickers, packers, storekeepers. Office-based, full-time.

— Select employees for working positions: high-rise stacker drivers, order pickers, packers, storekeepers. — Maintain contact with warehouse complex managers, understand their tasks, respond promptly to needs, and build working relationships. — Independently search for candidates, work with responses, conduct interviews, and accompany candidates through all hiring stages. — Organize the start of final candidates and control the process until the first working day. — Support new employees during adaptation and probation period. — Maintain recruitment reporting and track hiring effectiveness.

— Experience in mass recruitment from 1 year. — Interest in working with candidates for working positions and desire to find suitable employees. — Ability to build contact with candidates and managers: hear the request, ask questions, and offer solutions. — Willingness for a large number of communications and work at a high pace. — Competent oral and written speech, ability to find common language with different people. — Higher education.
