Recruiter at a fintech company in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time on-site. Salary: €2,500–€3,000 gross + KPI bonuses. Full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, hiring plans, candidate experience, offer negotiation.

We're looking for a high-energy Recruiter who thrives on the chase to help scale our fintech team from our Limassol office. Responsibilities: • Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding • Partner with hiring managers to build effective hiring plans • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and outbound channels • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and build talent pipelines • Negotiate offers, close top candidates, and track recruitment metrics

2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in fintech, tech, or startups Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluent English (additional languages are a plus) Based in or willing to relocate to Limassol
