Stable, fast-growing elderly care company seeks a remote recruiter. Remote work, 2/2 schedule 09:00-21:00, 3000 RUB per shift.

Responsibilities: 1. Cold calling using provided database 2. Candidate qualification 3. Guiding candidate until they start at the care home

Requirements: - Ability to start work on September 4-5-6 - Pleasant voice, competent speech - Computer and headset (headphones) - No background noise during working hours - CRM skills (preferably AmoCRM) - Stable internet - Attentiveness, responsibility, discipline - Russian citizen, time zone within +/- 3 hours from Moscow

Remote work, 2/2 schedule from 09:00 to 21:00. Payment: 3000 RUB per shift. After adaptation, which can last from a day.
