Senior Python Developer at Bell Integrator in Moscow, focusing on microservices, Kafka, and AI-driven personalized communications.

Development and enhancement of microservices, their interaction via REST and Kafka; participation in solution design with the team. Refactoring, improving performance and fault tolerance of the mailing service. Development of logic for email constructor and personalized communications. Development of mechanisms for adapting content to user profile; among development directions are AI features for generating personalized emails. Participation in designing service interactions: discussing responsibilities, APIs, and event contracts. Developing asynchronous microservices on FastAPI. Implementing Kafka event processing: delivery guarantees, idempotency, reprocessing; applying team decisions for data consistency and event publication. Using AI coding agents for development, maintaining project rules and skills, reviewing and refining generated code. Writing unit and integration tests, conducting code review, documenting technical decisions. Working with logs and metrics, participating in diagnostics and troubleshooting of project services. Participating in task decomposition and estimation, supporting until implementation; interacting with analysts, QA, and frontend developers.

From 3 years of commercial Python development and relevant IT education. Strong knowledge of Python and asyncio: async I/O, concurrent execution, understanding of blocking code impact. Practical experience developing services on FastAPI, implementing REST APIs, and participating in their design. Experience in microservice development, implementing interactions between multiple services. Understanding of service architecture. Solid SQL and PostgreSQL: transactions, indexes, query plans. Experience with ORM. Practical experience with Redis: caching, TTL, and cache invalidation. Experience with Docker, logs, and application metrics; experience in diagnosing errors and production incidents of your service. Practical experience with Apache Kafka in production. Understanding of delivery guarantees and message ordering; implementing idempotent processing and protection against duplicates. Daily work with AI coding agents: e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and others in agent mode. Ability to consistently drive tasks through agent path: decompose work, manage context and sessions, set constraints and readiness criteria. Ability to use and adapt AGENTS.md / rules and ready-made skills for project tasks. Understanding of MCP and ability to use available agent tools through ready-made connections. Ability to explain generated code, verify its correctness, fix errors, and bring solutions to production.
