Quant Trader / Business/System Analyst position at Cicada Foundation. Full-time, remote/hybrid/office in Dubai. Develop trading strategies for the crypto market using C++. Salary depends on grade and experience. Relocation to Dubai is possible.

• Development of trading strategies for the crypto market (strategy development). • Conducting research on strategies (research) and forming conclusions/hypotheses. • Preparation and setting of technical specifications for developers autonomously (requirements / spec writing). • Adaptation of already implemented strategies to the company's infrastructure (rebuild / integration).

• Practical experience in developing and deploying crypto strategies. • Ability to manage the cycle “idea → research → implementation → deployment → support”. • Autonomy: independently develop strategies, conduct research, set technical specifications, and manage interaction with development. • C++ as the primary tool/stack (not by "keywords", but by the real ability to achieve results). • Willingness to work in a high commitment mode, without emphasis on work-life balance. Nice-to-have: • Experience in specific types of strategies: CEX / DEX / arbitrage systems, etc. • English B2.

• Salary is determined by experience/results. • In addition to the fixed part, a variable part/percentage of the result (PnL share / bonus) is possible – individually. • 28 days of vacation. • Work according to GMT+4 time zone. • Window of mandatory availability: 13:00–18:00 Dubai time (the rest of the time is flexible).
