Quality Control Specialist, Merchant Services and Payments dept

paytech is looking for a Quality Control Specialist in Limassol. Full-time, office/flexible. Fintech company transforming online payments.

3+ years of experience in QA or QC within the payments industry or related fintech sectors; Understanding of payment flows (cards, APMs, open banking, crypto); Basic knowledge of PSP dashboards, back-office systems, or QA tools (Postman, JIRA, Asana); Strong Excel skills or experience with data visualization tools (AR% analysis, decline reason analysis); Fluent Russian, English level B1+.
