QA Tech Lead

FinteqHub, PCI DSS certified payment gateway, is looking for a QA Tech Lead with expertise in API automation and experience in developing QA practices. Remote, B2B contract.

Focus of the role: ~60% hands-on automation / ~40% Tech Lead tasks. What to do: • Audit Java API tests and migrate to Go/Gonkey • Develop test strategy and testing pyramid • Establish common QA practices between teams • Work with regression, flaky tests, and cross-team defects • Implement AI in automation processes

• Senior/Lead-level experience in test automation with a focus on API • Experience in independently building test strategy and testing pyramid from scratch • Experience in implementing and developing QA/automation practices in multiple teams • Java, REST API, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, CI/CD • English Intermediate+, Russian native Will be a plus: Go/Gonkey, fintech/payments, TypeScript/Playwright.
