QA Tech Lead / AQA Lead (C# / .NET)

Spice IT(KA) is hiring a remote QA Tech Lead / AQA Lead (C#/.NET) to design and build a test automation framework from scratch and provide technical leadership to an AQA team.

Design automation testing architecture and build a test automation framework from scratch (C#, .NET) Choose optimal approaches, tools, and standards for writing automated tests Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the automation team Conduct code reviews for every team member in a manager-subordinate format Integrate automated tests into CI/CD (GitLab CI) with parallel execution and test suites Verify and automate complex integrations: API (HttpClient/RestSharp), queues (Kafka), databases (SQL) Work closely with the technical PM, the Teamlead responsible for people management, and the Head of QA

7+ years of experience in automated testing 3–5 years of experience in a Lead / Tech Lead role Deep knowledge of C# and .NET, understanding of OOP, SOLID, and Clean Architecture Confident in API test automation (HttpClient / RestSharp) Strong practical experience in UI automation using Playwright .NET Confident with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI Strong leadership skills and ability to make architectural decisions (without administrative pressure and people management) Nice to have: experience building QA metrics (coverage, stability, efficiency) Nice to have: experience in load or contract testing
