Managing the QA direction across 3 product teams. Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 8 QA engineers - Develop QA processes and standards - Implement AI into the team's work - Develop automation and product quality High-load fintech product.

5+ years in QA 1.5–2+ years in a Lead role Experience building QA processes API testing, SQL Automation (Python, Playwright/Selenium) Experience implementing AI tools in QA English B2+ Foreign (non-Russia/Belarus) tax ID and open foreign accounts for receiving payments.
