Americor (USA) is looking for a QA Team Lead to manage the QA direction across 3 product teams in a high-load fintech product. Fully remote, payment via Deel to foreign accounts/IP, vacation, sick leave, sport, Skyeng.

Manage a team of 8 QA engineers Develop QA processes and standards Introduce AI into the team's work Develop automation and product quality Manage the QA direction across 3 product teams

5+ years in QA 1.5–2+ years in a Lead role Experience building QA processes API testing, SQL Automation (Python, Playwright/Selenium) Experience implementing AI tools in QA English B2+ Having a foreign (non RF/RB) tax number and opened foreign accounts to receive salary
