QA (Manual Testing) Lead

QA Lead for manual testing of network equipment (switches) with MC-LAG, BGP, OSPF, VxLAN, VPN, VRRP, LACP. Salary: 250,000–320,000 gross. Company: Jetlin (outstaff). Location: Russia, citizenship: RF. Full-time, 6+ months.

Project: The team performs manual testing of network equipment (switches) with support for MC-LAG, BGP, OSPF, VxLAN, VPN, VRRP, LACP, etc. Responsibilities: - Lead the manual testing team for network equipment. - Analyze and review requirements, prepare test designs and scenarios. - Optimize the test base, improve coverage. - Organize testing of new functionality and acceptance tests for releases. - Coordinate team work and interact with related departments. - Analyze results, classify defects, prepare reports. - Improve testing processes, measure and improve product quality.

Requirements: - Experience with networks in data centers. - Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with data center protocols (MC-LAG, BGP, OSPF, VxLAN) and office networks. - Experience managing a team of 3–4+ people, hiring and motivating employees. - Understanding of computer and OS structure. - Experience with Linux, version control, task and defect management systems. - Understanding of development and testing processes. - Organizational skills, systems thinking, analytical skills, attention to detail. Nice to have: - Experience in designing and implementing network architecture. - Test automation (Python, Go). - Certifications: Cisco CCNA/Juniper JNCIA, Huawei HCIP/HCIE for Datacom, Ericsson Extreme. - Testing high-load systems.

Salary: 250,000–320,000 gross (IP RF or Labor Code RF, accreditation available). Duration: 6+ months, full-time. Citizenship: RF. Location: RF.
