Bulberry Studio is seeking a Lead QA Specialist to take charge of the quality assurance for the mobile game project Wargard (wargard.game), a tactical game set in ancient armies. Responsibilities: ● Full ownership and development of end-to-end QA functions (processes, tools, test documentation, and automation) ● Study and integration of existing services, analytics, and backend processes into QA ● Design, implementation, and support of test strategies, test cases, and test plans ● Building and improving QA pipelines, including automation and outsourcing ● Close collaboration with development and product teams to ensure high quality ● Release quality control and responsibility for release management processes ● Early risk identification and improvement of stability, performance, and user experience

● Strong sense of responsibility and ability to independently define and lead the QA direction ● Engineering background or solid technical understanding (client-server systems, API, production process, live-service products) ● Experience with QA processes, test design, and test automation for mobile games (Unity), release management in live products ● Ability to work with data, logs, and debugging tools, CI/CD pipelines ● Strong interest in AI tools and readiness to actively implement them in QA processes ● A huge plus would be a passion for strategy games
