QA Lead Mobile position at КА Selecty in Moscow, Russia. Salary from 350 to 450 thousand rubles after taxes. Full-time employment. Seeking a functional leader for an IT team of 15-20 people.

We are looking for a functional leader for part of the IT team: 15-20 people (analysts, developers, testers). You will be responsible for HR matters: hiring, development, motivation, bonuses/rewards, dismissals. Web and mobile: 80/20 Backend and frontend: 50/50 Automated and manual: 50/50

QA experience: from 5 years. Experience in testing mobile/web applications: from 3 years (Java) Experience with Rest API, SQL (complex queries, join, view). Autotesting in Java (covering new functionality). Integration testing. CI/CD: Jenkins, GitlabCI. Message brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ. Mock services: Wiremock or similar. Writing libraries/tools for test automation. Microservice architecture: Kubernetes, Openshift, Spring Cloud. Infrastructure deployment experience. Caching: Redis, Hazelcast. Tools: Docker, Jenkins, K8s, Postman, Git, IntelliJ IDEA, Bitbucket, Docker Compose. Not considering manual testers and specialists with other programming languages.
