QA Lead position with Java stack at Centicore for a large commercial bank in Russia. Remote work format (Russia+Belarus). Salary range: 280-350k RUB net.

Centicore is looking for a QA Lead with a Java stack. Our company is involved in product development for our clients. The vacancy is for a large commercial bank in the Russian Federation. The work format is remote (Russia+Belarus).

Experience in QA: from 3 years. Required knowledge and skills: - Understanding of testing theory and test design principles - Experience managing a team of 3+ people - Experience with Rest API - Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases at the complex query level - Experience in covering functionalities with automation testing tools (Java, JS, Python) - Experience with integration testing - Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitlabCI) - Experience with message brokers (MQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ, similar) - Experience with Mock services (Wiremock or similar) - Experience in writing libraries and tools for test automation - Experience applying software development processes and methodologies - Experience applying software development tools and technologies - Experience with microservice architecture systems (Spring Cloud, Kubernetes, Openshift or similar) - Infrastructure deployment experience - Experience with Cache systems (Redis, Hazelcast) - Experience with tools: Docker, Jenkins, K8s, SOAP UI, Postman, Jira, Confluence, Git, IntelliJ IDEA, Bitbucket, Docker Compose. - Ability to build communication and collaboration, analytical thinking, flexibility, and adaptability. Additional information: Backend vs Frontend testing ratio: 80/20 (back/front). No mobile testing. Manual vs Automated testing ratio: aiming for 50/50, but currently 90% manual / 10% automated.
