QA Lead Java Engineer

Caterpillar (USA), remote B2C contract, full-time QA Lead Java Engineer. $5400-7500 gross/month, min 9 months, Russian and English, 8h/day with core-team overlap.

CAT Digital's Advanced Data Quality team is looking for an experienced QA Lead Java Engineer. Core technologies: Java, AWS, JUnit 5, Karate, Agile.

6+ years of experience in both Automation and Manual Java testing methodologies, plus lead experience. Strong ability to handle backend services such as APIs, databases, and distributed services. Linux and database operations: MySQL, PostgreSQL; test environment construction via CI/CD; Spring Boot. Agile/Scrum development process and collaboration tools such as AZDO and Teams. Russian and English languages. Bachelor's/College degree is a must.

B2C contract. Full-time, 8 hours a day. 4-5 hours daily overlap with the core team: 8 a.m.-12(13) p.m. (-5 UTC). Vacation is unpaid. Minimum contract is 9 months and ongoing. Remote work. Must be outside Russia and Belarus.
