QA Lead (Head of Testing Department)

Lead the testing department (about 20 people) at Devquality in Moscow. Full-time, office-based. Up to 250k rubles per month.

Responsibilities: - Manage the testing department of about 20 people. - Organize and control testing processes for mobile, CRM, and terminal solutions. - Develop automated testing direction from scratch or significantly strengthen it. - Build automation strategy and processes. - Manage testers and distribute tasks. - Ensure quality and deadlines. - Optimize testing processes and improve team efficiency.

Mandatory requirements: - Citizenship and location: RF, Moscow. - Permanent work in the office. - Higher technical education. - Experience leading a testing department or team. - Experience managing a team of about 20 people. - Experience organizing testing for mobile solutions, CRM systems, and terminal solutions. - Understanding of manual and automated testing processes. - Experience developing and implementing test automation processes. - Team management, planning, and task distribution skills. - Readiness to work full-time in the office in Moscow. - Experience managing automation testers. - Practical experience building an automation testing direction from scratch.
