QA Lead in Tashkent, Uzbekistan (relocation) via Tihonova IT Search. Salary from $3800. Office 5/2. Requires 3+ years leading a QA team and Java, Appium, Mobile stack.

Manage the testing function in the company. Coordinate distributed QA teams. Manage specialist workload. Distribute testers between projects. Build and develop testing processes. Participate in developing the QA direction and team. Interact with product and technical teams.

3+ years of experience leading a testing team. Hands-on experience managing QA engineers. Experience allocating resources between projects and teams. Experience building or optimizing testing processes. Understanding of the full software testing lifecycle. Experience interacting with cross-functional teams. Java, Appium, Mobile stack. Conversational Russian.
