QA Lead

QA Lead position in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Requires 3+ years of QA team management and Java Appium Mobile experience. Salary from $4000, office work, relocation.

Responsibilities: - Lead the testing function in the company. Need 3+ years of QA team management experience and experience working with multiple testers simultaneously + Java Appium Mobile stack; - Coordinate distributed QA teams; - Manage specialist workload; - Allocate testers across projects; - Build and develop testing processes; - Participate in the development of the QA direction and team; - Interact with product and technical teams.

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience leading a testing team; - Practical experience managing QA engineers; - Experience allocating resources across projects and teams; - Experience building or optimizing testing processes; - Understanding of the full software testing lifecycle; - Experience interacting with cross-functional teams; - Conversational Russian.
