QA Fullstack Python Middle+ position at Devquality. Requires 4+ years of testing experience, 1+ year in Python automation, and banking experience. Remote work, salary up to 230k RUB.

The role involves manual and automated testing of frontend and backend systems, including microservices and data warehouses. Responsibilities include test documentation, support, and development of autotests. The team uses JS+React for frontend, Python for backend, and Postgres for the database.

Mandatory: - Over 4 years of experience in testing. - At least 1 year of experience in automated testing with Python. - Experience working in multiple banks (experience in only one bank is not sufficient). - Project duration strictly over 1 year (multiple projects within one company are acceptable if all other projects exceed one year). - Experience with Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum). - Experience in developing autotests. - Strong knowledge of testing types. - Practical experience with test design techniques. - Practical experience testing frontend and backend (backend testing is critical). - Practical experience with PyTest, Playwright, Requests. - Practical experience testing integrations. - Advanced practical experience with Postman and sniffers. - Skills in working with TMS systems, GitLab, Jira (or similar), SQL, DevTools. - Basic Python autotest development skills (REST/UI) or Java core knowledge. - Experience testing microservice architecture. - Willingness for 90% manual testing and 10% automated testing. Will be a plus: - Fintech/investment experience in the last role. - Experience implementing automation from scratch. - Experience working in a team as the sole QA. - Experience testing data warehouses or ETL processes. Other: - Full engagement in the process (providing task status on time, attending all team meetings). - Internships and academic experience do not count. - Passion for automation and practical experience (even if not the primary focus recently) are important. - 100% availability during working hours, be reachable (except for pre-approved cases).
