QA FullStack Lead (Java/Kotlin / Retail Logistics)

Lead QA Engineer for a long-term project in Retail Logistics. Requires Java/Kotlin, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Allure TestOps. Salary up to 277,000 RUB net. Remote work for Russia and Belarus citizens.

Lead a team of 4 QA engineers, responsible for the quality of key product goals. Write and maintain autotests (JVM stack), ensure the stability of the test environment. Build testing processes and accelerate Time-to-Market. Conduct the full cycle: from test analysis and plans to functional and regression testing. Analyze requirements with the team and estimate task complexity.

Experience in testing from 4 years, with at least 2 years in automation using Java. Ability to build product testing and automation strategies. Practical experience with Kafka (or similar) and PostgreSQL. Experience with Allure TestOps and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger). Knowledge of Android application testing specifics will be a plus. Important: Interviews will include discussions of achievements in previous roles and readiness for practical tasks (coding or case studies).

Location and citizenship: RF and RB (Remote). Rate: up to 277,000 RUB net. Term: Until 31.12.2026 (long-term project).
