QA Full Stack Engineer (Automation, Mobile/Web, AI/LLM)

Selecty is looking for a QA Full Stack Engineer for a banking project, testing an agent-based product. Requires Python/Pytest automation, mobile testing, and LLM/agent experience. Remote in Russia, Russian citizenship required. Salary: 300,000-368,000 RUB gross.

Testing the agent part of the product. Manual clicking doesn't work here: dialogue quality is checked by automated runs where some LLMs play users, and checks and an LLM evaluator analyze the result. Tasks: • Tests for correctness of financial calculations: reference scenarios where the result is calculated manually and compared with the engine. • Invariant tests: properties that must hold on any data (e.g., 'commission growth cannot improve the result', 'the strategy does not use future data'). • Contract and regression tests of components; tests for the quality of loaded market data. • Integration of tests into CI/CD, dealing with flaky tests.

• At least 3 years of experience in automation with Python/Pytest, and mobile testing experience (mandatory). • Mandatory experience with agents/LLMs. • Strong test design: boundary values, properties and invariants; property-based testing (hypothesis). • Willingness to understand financial arithmetic and calculate reference values manually: deals, commissions, stop-loss. • Experience with SQL, Docker, CI/CD, Linux; API testing.
