QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) at PaynetEasy (Fintech). Salary: 250-350,000 Russian rubles net. Full-time, remote (various countries), or office/hybrid (Moscow).

Automation Testing: - Writing, maintaining, and refactoring automated tests (UI + API) - Integrating autotests into CI/CD (GitLab CI). - Analyzing test run results, fixing flaky tests. - Developing auxiliary utilities for test data generation. - Participating in code reviews of autotests written by the team. Manual Testing (functional, regression, smoke, UI/UX): - Analyzing requirements and decomposing tasks into test cases and checklists. - Performing exploratory testing to find hidden defects. - API Testing (Postman / cURL). - Participating in test planning for new features. - Checking integrations with external and internal services.

Mandatory: - 2+ years of commercial development experience (both manual and automated testing). - Knowledge of Java (or experience with other languages, with mandatory transition to Java). - Experience with bug tracking systems (Redmine / Jira) - Understanding of SDLC, STLC, test design techniques. - Deep understanding of client-server architecture. - Experience with complex WEB applications. - Experience with DevTools. - Experience with API (REST, SOAP). - Understanding of DRY, KISS, SOLID, POM principles. - Writing UI autotests (Selenium / Selenide) and API autotests (REST-assured). - Experience with parallel test execution setup (TestNG parallel) - Experience with setup and analysis of reports (Allure Report). - Deep understanding of XPATH, CSS. - SQL proficiency. - Working with Git (branches, merge, rebase) and CI/CD (running tests on commit). - Attention to detail and ability to argue your position. Nice to have: - Fintech experience - Docker experience (running tests in local and remote containers). - Load testing (JMeter / k6) – as a plus to manual scenario. - Basic Linux knowledge.
