QA Engineer (Manual + Auto)

QA Engineer (Manual + Auto) at SendNOW. Fintech/Payments. $2,000–2,500 USDT. Full-time remote from anywhere (GMT+3). Service Agreement. Test mobile iOS/Android, web, admin, manual and auto tests, REST API, logs, releases, QA processes.

Responsibilities: • Test mobile iOS/Android app, web portal and admin panel. • Perform manual testing and write/maintain UI/API autotests. • Support releases: task verification, smoke and regression testing, hotfix and production issue checks. • Test REST API via Postman: payloads, status codes, headers, authentication, webhooks. • Analyze logs and errors in GCP Cloud Logging, Sentry, Crashlytics and reproduce/localize issues. • Analyze requirements, acceptance criteria and Figma mockups, find gaps and ambiguities before development or testing. • Highlight risks and scenarios that may break outside a specific task. • Create clear bug reports in Jira and drive tasks to closure. • Interact with system analyst, PM, developers and designer on requirements, defects and disputed scenarios. • Prepare test plans, checklists, test cases and test scenarios. • Create screencasts of bugs and tested scenarios when it helps speed up communication. • Develop QA approaches in the team: checklists, regression, bug reporting and release testing.

Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in Fintech/Payments, including integrations, payment providers or money transfers. • Confident manual testing of web and mobile applications. • Practical experience testing REST API and integrations. • Confident Postman: collections, variables, environments, authentication, mock servers. • Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, methods, status codes, headers, JSON, idempotency and webhooks. • Ability to read logs and find root causes in GCP Cloud Logging/Sentry/Crashlytics or analogues. • SQL/NoSQL at the level of writing and understanding queries. • Experience with UI/API autotests: Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Newman or analogues. • Understanding of CI/CD at the level of working with ready-made pipelines. • Understanding of basic Scrum approaches. • Understanding of UX, user scenarios and typical QA-level issues. • English B1+. Nice to have: • Experience with PayPal, Stripe or local payment providers. • Knowledge of AML/KYC, 3DS, chargebacks. • Experience testing mobile builds via TestFlight/Firebase App Distribution. • Experience as a solo QA or building QA processes from scratch.
