QA Automation (Java/Kotlin)

Senior QA Automation Engineer (Java/Kotlin) for outstaff model, remote, up to 200,000 RUB/month

Responsibilities: - Functional testing - Contract testing - Development and debugging of UI and API automated tests - Maintenance of existing tests - Documentation, script writing, requirements analysis - Release support, product quality monitoring - Bug tracking, analysis of test results - Regression testing, including manual

- Manual and automated testing ratio 50/50 - 5+ years of experience - Strong knowledge of testing theory - Strong knowledge of test design practices - Basic Git commands - Basic SQL (CRUD + join) - Strong REST knowledge - Strong API testing skills - Web testing experience - Understanding client-server applications and defect localization - Chrome developer panel (layout, console, network) - Setting up stubs (preferably Wiremock) - Functional, integration, and E2E testing experience - Understanding CI/CD, basic usage - Task estimation - Working with logs (preferably Kibana) - Working with non-relational databases (preferably MongoDB) - Working with message brokers - Creating test plans for specific goals - Testing in different methodologies - Testing in microservice architecture and defect localization - Identifying implicit requirements - Collaboration with related teams - Strong Java Core - Strong Selenium/Playwright and Rest-assured (or analogs) - Strong JUnit/TestNG/KTest or analogs - Understanding OOP principles - Knowledge of design patterns for software and automated tests - Understanding build systems (maven/gradle/npm) - Understanding automation framework architecture
