Python Team Lead

Python Team Lead for an iGaming company, remote or office in Limassol, Cyprus. Lead anti-fraud development, manage a team of scientists/developers, and build scoring models. Salary based on expectations, 24 paid vacation days, corporate English lessons.

— Develop the anti-fraud direction: define strategy, roadmap, and priorities. — Lead a team of scientists/developers and develop expertise. — Develop and implement anti-fraud rules, scoring models, and automate manual processes. — Develop a unified anti-fraud service and bring solutions to production.

— Experience building fraud prevention in iGaming, fintech, marketplace, or payments. — Experience with different types of fraud and managing an anti-fraud direction. — Experience managing development as a lead + readiness to independently write and ship code to production. — Solid SQL and Python; experience with Machine Learning for classification and scoring tasks is a plus. — Experience interacting with business and other stakeholders.
