Python Developer for the moderation team at Avito. Development of a new moderation system using Python and Go, participation in architectural design, and collaboration with the team.

- Develop a new moderation system practically from scratch using Python and partially Go; - Participate in architectural design and technology selection; - Independently decompose tasks, clarify requirements, and deliver results; - Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and developers to expedite production deployment; - Occasionally develop back-office admin panels using React and TypeScript; - Integrate with ML/DS models for content classification and analysis.

- Ability to decompose tasks, make technical decisions, and move forward even with incomplete information; - Take responsibility not only for code but also for the outcome; - Willingness to switch contexts and handle a large volume of new information; - Solid understanding of React and TypeScript sufficient for developing back-office admin panels without frontend developer support, and willingness to do so occasionally; - Experience with multilingual systems.
