Python Developer

T-Bank is hiring a Middle Python Developer for remote work. Develop high-load services, improve architecture, and work with databases and distributed systems.

Develop and enhance high-load services and platform solutions in Python. Design and improve product architecture with the team. Optimize service performance and automate development processes. Work with databases, distributed systems, and modern development tools. Participate in code review, technical discussions, and engineering practices. Influence product development at all stages—from design to maintenance.

Knowledge of Python and understanding of its principles. Experience in code review. Understanding of multithreading and asynchronous programming. Ability to write readable and maintainable code. Experience with databases and understanding of their principles. Familiarity with observability tools: logging, metrics, tracing. Understanding of OOP, SOLID, and basics of functional programming. Advantage: experience in designing distributed systems and working with Kubernetes. Advantage: experience in implementing AI solutions or interest in AI, LLM, and RAG. Advantage: participation in improving development processes and product solutions.
