Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for AI platform projects, considering business and technology requirements within the company's AI transformation strategy.

Strong technical expertise in Python (5+ years). Experience managing a development team. Experience as a tech lead, responsible for architecture and technical solutions. Experience in product/service level design, launching projects from scratch, and responsibility for architecture and technical solutions. Willingness to work with stacks other than Python. Ability to proactively and quickly engage in tasks, take responsibility for developed functionality, and bring tasks to release. Ability to adapt to changes and demonstrate flexibility.
