Senior Python Backend Developer with AI/LLM focus at Jetlyn. Develop AI products from idea to production, integrate LLMs, and optimize solutions. Salary: 250,000-300,000 RUB/month.

We are looking for an engineer who can turn ideas into working AI products in days, not months. If you prototype quickly, deeply understand architecture, live in the FastAPI and LLM ecosystem, and can balance speed of delivery with code quality - join us. Your tasks: Develop AI products from idea to production in a short time (days/weeks) Quickly test hypotheses, build MVPs, and validate ideas with real users Integrate LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, etc.) into products and business processes Design and implement new features, scale architecture for growing loads Improve engineering culture: enhance test coverage, typing, and documentation Optimize the cost and performance of AI solutions (tokens, inference, infrastructure) Research, test, and implement new AI tools into your and the team's workflow

Commercial experience in backend development with Python for over 4 years Confident knowledge of FastAPI and asyncio, experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and/or MongoDB Experience in designing backend system architectures (microservices, event-driven, high-load solutions) Regular use of Cursor or GitHub Copilot to accelerate development Practical experience integrating LLMs into product solutions Prompt engineering skills for generating, refactoring, and optimizing code Experience with AI agents, understanding of RAG architecture, vector databases, and embedding principles Will be a plus: Basic knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, experience deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/YC) Experience with React, Vue.js, TypeScript Ability to independently assemble a simple interface for MVP or idea demonstration Product mindset: deep understanding of business metrics, focus on user experience, ability to balance speed of delivery with code quality
