Purchasing for assigned non-food product range; placing orders based on kitchen requests and negotiations; proposing cost reduction ideas; communicating with suppliers; ensuring optimal inventory; preparing tender documentation; contract preparation and execution; monitoring prices; quality and expiry control; stock monitoring.
