PSP Operations Coordinator

International fintech company hiring a Middle-level PSP Operations Coordinator in Cyprus to manage payment partner relationships.

Manage and develop relationships with existing PSPs, banks, aggregators, and payment partners. Act as the main point of contact for partners after onboarding and integration. Coordinate operational, financial, and technical topics with internal teams. Handle partner issues and find practical solutions. Work on improving commercial conditions, fees, pricing, and adding new payment methods. Collaborate closely with PSP / Account Managers.

1–3+ years of relevant experience in Payments / PSP / FinTech / Acquiring / Gambling / Betting. Experience working with PSPs, payment providers, aggregators, or banks. Good understanding of card payments, e-commerce payments, integrations, and commercial fees. Experience with European / CIS / Tier-1 markets; LATAM is a plus. Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills. Proactive mindset — someone who looks for solutions instead of stopping at “no”. English B1+; Russian is a strong advantage.

Location: Cyprus preferred. Compensation: Fixed salary + potential performance-based bonuses.
