As a PSP Integration Analyst for the Integrations Team, you will act as a bridge between clients, providers, and the development team. 3+ years of experience in business, system or product analysis roles, specifically in payment systems, PSP integrations, or fintech platforms; Strong understanding of APIs, payment flows, and system integration concepts, and practical experience working directly with development teams; Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken); Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; Ability to document and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely; Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Postman, or similar; Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in payments is a plus.

A cozy office in Limassol — snacks, drinks, PS5, and a stunning rooftop kitchen view during the probation period, with a flexible format afterward; Career growth and development opportunities in the fintech industry; A bureaucracy-free team that values ideas and individual contribution; Sports and lunches compensation; Team events, health insurance, nice perks, and work permit support.
