Remote role at an AI video/image generation service. Spot viral AI trends, create prompt templates, verify on real photos. Salary 60,000-80,000 RUB + bonuses.

We are a service for AI video and image generation for Russian-speaking audiences, operating via a Telegram bot with a web version in development. We are looking for someone who catches trends and turns them into templates for the bot: prompt, testing on real photos, card in the admin panel. Responsibilities: • Daily check Instagram Reels and TikTok to catch AI-related trends within the first 1-2 days. • Analyze how viral clips are made: model, prompt, reference, key elements. • Recreate the trend in the bot: photo templates in Nano Banana, video templates by reference in Seedance and Wan, ensuring facial recognition. • Add finished templates to the bot via the admin panel. • Analyze why generation failed and refine prompts.

• Understand prompt structure and use Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI to write prompts. • Experience with AI generation of real people: 3-5 works with original photo and result side by side. • Experience with reference videos in Seedance or Wan. • Understanding what affects facial similarity in results. • You already browse Reels daily and can name 2-3 AI trends from the past week. • Cost efficiency: 2-3 attempts per template, not ten.

• 60,000-80,000 RUB after taxes + bonus for each template that gains traction. • Generations for work are covered by the project. • Fully remote work. • Contract as self-employed or individual entrepreneur. • Trial month with specific goals, full pay. • Selection includes a 2-3 hour test assignment; generations are provided.
