Project Psychologist (Part-time, Remote)

Part-time remote psychologist for a foundation, conducting diagnostics, group trainings, and Telegram support. Salary: 40,000 RUB/month.

Responsibilities: Conduct initial diagnostics (screening questionnaire and structured interview), assess motivational readiness and resourcefulness; conduct trainings, workshops, art-therapeutic exercises and group discussions (formats chosen by you, coordinated with curator); provide informational support in the Telegram channel: write posts, psychological columns, prepare podcasts; work in a team with an HR specialist and a career counselor.

Higher psychological education (specialist/master's or bachelor's + professional retraining), preferably clinical psychology; proficiency in evidence-based methods (CBT, Gestalt, narrative practice, etc.); understanding of anxiety, burnout, cPTSD mechanisms and ability to differentiate from conditions requiring psychiatric intervention; experience conducting trainings and group sessions; 2-3 years of work experience; preferably: experience working with people with disabilities and their families, mastery of art therapy methods.

Remote work (Zoom, VK Calls, Yandex Telemost); part-time (up to 4 hours per day); payment: 40,000 RUB per month; start: ready to join from November 2026.
