The team is part of an accredited IT company and a platinum Bitrix24 partner. They help businesses build processes, implement digital solutions, and organize forums, conferences, and business days with top speakers. Responsibilities: — Manage projects and control their implementation; — Work with new and existing clients; — Conduct meetings and presentations; — Prepare technical specifications, roadmaps, and commercial proposals; — Develop projects for existing clients; — Assign tasks to the team and monitor their completion; — Improve the efficiency of the project department; — Gradually delegate projects to assistants and project managers.

— 2+ years of project management experience; — Experience managing or coordinating a team; — Strong communication and negotiation skills; — Clear, well-structured speech; — Structured thinking; — Results orientation; — Ability to quickly dive into new products and tasks. Nice to have: — Experience in IT, consulting, project/engineering companies, CRM implementation, and automation.
