Project Manager

LeadsUp, international team developing B2B/B2C products for US and EU markets, seeking a remote Project Manager. Salary $2,000-$4,000, full-time.

Responsibilities: - Set tasks, create technical specifications, define priorities, and control deadlines. - Coordinate team work, distribute workload, and manage resources effectively. - Find solutions for non-standard situations and complex project tasks. - Optimize workflows, document changes, and implement improvements. - Track team efficiency, participate in onboarding and development of new employees. - Organize meetings and ensure transparent communication among project participants. - Work on improving product and marketing metrics. - Maintain team engagement and focus on achieving business goals.

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar position. - Understanding of ASO principles and experience working with ASO teams. - Proficiency in project management tools. - Budgeting and resource planning skills. - Ability to work with KPIs, analyze metrics, and find growth opportunities. - Experience in website audits and analysis. - Ability to formulate and test hypotheses, and deliver tasks to results. - Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and leadership qualities. - English at B2 level or higher.
