Project Manager for online organic farming school. Remote, flexible schedule, salary from 120,000 RUB. Coordinate educational product launches and remote team.

We are the School of Organic Farming by Svetlana Zolotareva. Our teachers have candidate degrees in agricultural sciences and over 20 years of experience. Over 5000 students have graduated. We are expanding and looking for a project manager to join our team. Responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate launches of educational products. • Create project plans, assign tasks, monitor deadlines, KPIs, and budget. • Coordinate remote team and contractors. • Ensure readiness of platform, landing pages, mailings, advertising materials, and participant communications. • Plan advertising budget and interact with advertising contractors. • Participate in product development and improvement. • Analyze student feedback and suggest growth points. • Prepare reports and promptly resolve non-standard situations.

• Experience as a project manager for at least 2 years in EdTech, online education, marketing, or digital. • Experience managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Skills in planning, task assignment, and execution control. • Responsibility, independence, attention to detail. • Fluent oral and written communication. • Ability to work with a remote team and under tight deadlines. • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, messengers, and task trackers. • Willingness to immerse in organic farming topics. Nice to have: experience launching online courses and webinars, working with GetCourse, Notion, CRM, mailings, and sales funnels.
