Project Manager for Stake Shark, a staking provider and blockchain validator. Requires Web3 and staking understanding, English B1+, and product/team management experience. Hybrid work model with remote probation.

Stake Shark is a staking provider and blockchain validator with over 150k delegates and $30M+ TVS across 20+ networks (Solana, Ethereum, Monad, Cosmos, Cardano, etc.). Responsibilities: - Integrate new blockchains and staking protocols - Interact with partners (wallets, infrastructure projects) - Prioritize backlog and manage development - Formulate hypotheses for delegate and pool growth - Coordinate teams: development, design, marketing, support

Candidate requirements: - Understanding of Web3 and staking - English B1+ - Experience in product and development team management
