Project Manager

Project manager at Adenisova advertising agency. Remote. Work with Dzen and PromoPages, manage blogger content and native ads. Salary 50k RUB/month + 30-80k from second month.

We are an author's advertising agency adenisova.ru. We create ads for Dzen and PromoPages: write texts, promote them, and place native ads with Dzen bloggers. Our clients are popular brands and large advertising agencies. Responsibilities: - Respond to new client inquiries: consult on services and cooperation terms; - Prepare commercial proposals: select bloggers, create estimates and presentations, call clients; - Manage advertising projects: negotiate with bloggers, draft briefs, control text quality together with the editor, monitor timely publication of ad posts, and prepare simple reports; - Maintain project documentation: contracts with clients and bloggers, reports, and closing documents (with accountant support); - Control the quality of contractors' work: copywriters, designers; - Listen to more experienced colleagues and learn quickly — initially we will explain and teach everything, but you need to grasp quickly and develop expertise in Dzen.

- Loves order in documents and mind, thinks structurally (technical education is a plus); - Able to work with Google Docs, assembles presentations; - Not afraid to communicate with people and explain their point of view when needed; - Quick-witted and feels capable of figuring out anything; - Gets annoyed when something is done with a "good enough" attitude; - Feels responsible for the result, understands the difference between "doing" and "getting done"; - Knows how to make mistakes properly; - Savvy in AI, social media, news, has a broad outlook; - Interested in writing, editing, and can look at a story and explain what task it solves.

- First month: training, immersion in processes, and mutual evaluation. Pay 50k RUB/month + tax. If we don't get along, we can part ways at any time; - If we work well together, from the second month a percentage for project management is added to the base.
